Building the network for climate's next chapter.
A curated community for the next generation of women shaping the future of climate. Established in the Bay Area.
MEMBERS ACROSS STARTUPS, INVESTING, ENGINEERING, POLICY, AND RESEARCH.
The Mission
To create a community where the next generation of women in climate exchange ideas across disciplines and build the relationships that move careers and capital forward.
As a Colorado native who went to college in Boston, I moved to San Francisco in 2022 knowing nobody. I leaned into the Bay Area climate community and somewhere between late nights at industry events and awkward conference happy hours, found my people. Over the years we have supported each other's growth, navigated the chaos of climate work, and shown up for one another when it counts.
Climate Gals is us, made official. We are expanding the group and turning networking into something that leaves you energized to get back to saving the planet on Monday morning. The connections I made took years to build. My hope is that Climate Gals compresses that timeline for every woman who joins us.
